This city centre Hotel is a Work of Art in the restoration on the old Convent of Saint Paula. It is made up of 3 buildings from 3 different centuries. The Moorish house from the 12th and 13th Century, The 16th Century Convent and the building on the Gran Via from the 20th Century. This hotel gives you the possibility of being in the centre of the city while enjoying the tranquillity of the Cloisters and other hotel zones. It also offers a marvellous fusion, combining historic, traditional and modernistic architecture, with a minimalist philosophy. It is the attention to detail and the care offered to all the guests that makes this a 5 star hotel, adapting to the demands of today's clients. The hotel has 75 rooms which include a presidential suite, 2 junior suites and 3 standard suites. A gym with a Sauna and Turkish Baths are included in the price of the rooms. The restaurant located in the old Cloisters of the convent offers an excellent ambience and quality, room service is 24 hours, and the mini bar in each room is free. The menus in the restaurant have been elaborated by their prestigious chef Juan Rodríguez who has been awarded the prize for best chef in Spain and he also represented Spain in the "Bocuse dór" a competition for the best chef in the world.

For Weddings in the Hotel, the hire of the Salons costs 1500 - 2.200€ + 8% vat depending on the time of year, This hire fee includes 7 Superior Rooms, and the Honeymoon Suite on the night of the wedding. If the wedding is celebrated at lunch time, the event must end by 20:30 PM. If the Wedding is celebrated in the evening, the event must end by 02:30 AM. This venue has a maximum capacity of 180 guests.
