Dear Theresa,
Thank you so much for all your hard work and recommendations, all of which created the most fantastic day for us and our guests. We were just delighted with how well everything worked, both on the actual day and in relation to the food-wine evening, the hotel etc. On the day, your preparation too so much stress out of the proceedings, and allowed us to just enjoy the day - it all went so fast! We would be happy to recommend you to any friends, and provide testimonials at any point. Please thank your assistant too who did a brilliant job especially with some of our more difficult guests. Friends have been commenting how impressed it all ran and how little they had to do but sit there, cry, smile, get on a bus and then eat and drink!
We thought it might be helpful to give you our feedback on certain parts of the day for your future wedding guests who are thinking of doing the same.
We were super impressed with the Parador facilities particularly with the rainforecast , having the chairs inside the chapel with the lovely floral arrangement which guests thought worked better as it was more intimate with the wedding vows.
Mark was great, the harp and players were beautiful and the appetizers were super impressive, they remembered the vegans and vegetarians and we loved the drinks, particularly Tim who could not get enough of the red wine served.
The Aben Humaya's location was perfect and the tables worked out nicely. The appetizers were lovely and plenty of them.

Hi Theresa
Nick and I had an amazing time on our wedding day. The fact that we were going from one place to another was actually brilliant and all 3 venues were stunning. We danced until 7 in the morning, it was incredible and then we carried on for two more days at the Cortijo Argumosa. By Monday night I had completely lost my voice and was exhausted but we had the most fantastic time with our friends. So thank you so much for your help with everything, especially regarding the most important thing to me during the wedding: to know that Raphael was ok. And that was completely the case thanks to Ines who is the most amazing baby-sitter and one of the sweetest girl I have ever met. She was just perfect with Raphael and it was so important to me because thanks to this I really manage to relax and enjoy the wedding (I was so much in confidence that I even forgot to take her phone number with me on the night!!!...thanks for texting it to me)

Alice and I would like to say how much we enjoyed our wedding and how much we appreciate all off your hard work. We have had so many brilliant comments from friends and family simply saying it was the best wedding that they have ever been to. For Alice and I it was simply the best day of our lives and the whole weekend was just perfect.
This was all made possible by your self and the excellent service you provided. Every one told me before that organising a wedding is the most stressful time ever and the fact that we were doing this abroad would make it even harder. But we can honestly say that it was very stress free and you made it very easy. Everything was exactly what we had dreamed of and better.

Apologies for not being in touch sooner. I just want to thank both of you from the bottom of my heart for all your help in organising the most amazing wedding. You were soo professional and brilliant, I can't believe how well everything went on the day and it truly was a magical day. I really cannot express how invaluable the services of AWOL were to us. Theresa and Sonia are two very experienced and professional people. They take care right down to every last detail in order to make your special day a truly wonderful event.
We should have got married on September 17th 2005 but unfortunately I lost my Father in the August and we had to cancel, this is where AWOL really were invaluable, they helped to rearranged exactly the same wedding for May 13th this year. I am pleased to say that we had the best day of our life, with absolutely no hitches at all. AWOL made what could have been a very emotional day a really special day to remember.
We still have many of our guests telling us that it really was the best wedding that they have ever been to.

From our very first contact with AWOL they stood out a mile from any of the other organisations we had spoken to. They gave a real sense of knowing the city and tuning into exactly what it was we wanted from our wedding which meant they were really able to come up with bespoke solutions as opposed to trying to pigeon hole us into venues/suppliers that they had established contacts with.
We didn't really have a set budget in mind when we started planning but did find things very reasonable out there compared to things in England. AWOL provided us with more than enough options on almost every element to allow us to make things as economical/expensive as we wanted as well - from mini bottles of champagne at the reception to bowls from 'Todo Cien' as the table centres!
There really isn't anything that I can find fault with in our whole wedding experience and although this may be slightly rose tinted glasses on a grey afternoon in London I can say hand on heart it was completely the best day of my life and Theresa and Sonia did everything to help ensure it lived up to all my expectations.
From our gorgeous blessing in the chapel to the INCREDIBLE reception at La Chumbera, the amazing food, the beautiful flowers and the free-flowing wine and sangria there really wouldn't have been a single thing that I would have changed - apart from the fact that you get to do it only once! The welcome packs and advice provided by Sonia and Theresa also helped to ensure that Granada has become a fixture on several of our guests holiday destination lists!

I've just got back from honeymoon and in the office again. Feeling a bit flat because I just didn't want to come home. I wanted to email you both to say thanks so much for everything you did to make our day so fantastic and run so smoothly!!! I said to Phil that I was sad that we wouldn't be in contact with AWOL anymore to organise another wedding!! But of course, we will keep in contact as we will still visit Granada as it is the closest airport to where my mother lives. You guys were just great and helped to make the most perfect day ever!!! The party finished at around half 4 in the morning and thanks to you, they all got back home on the buses!
